I placed an order but have not gotten any e-mails from you

Our order confirmation e-mails do contain URL links to user help links and once an order is processed the e-mail contains additional link(s) to downloadable product(s), it is possible that our non-spam/legitimate e-mail could have been blocked by your e-mail client or on the server-side; Yahoo, MSN and other free e-mail based systems may block e-mail that contain many links, please check your spam and junk mail folder(s) for possible false filtering and any e-mail that you may have missed from us.

Also, you may want to log into your account area using the User Name and Password that you initially created to check the status of your order, to preview your order history and to obtain the product download link(s) for products that you have recently purchased.
