Ordering process
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that includes your invoice and important order notes, this is not a second bill, it is just a confirmation of your order.

A few minutes later (1-15 depending on server traffic) you will receive your order processed notification e-mail that includes download link (URL).

E-mail issues
Our e-mail does contain links to downloadable products and other helpful links, some free e-mail services such as Yahoo, MSN, etc. may mistake these valid links to be SPAM/junk mail, please check your spam/junk mail boxes for possible e-mail filtering.

If after 15 minutes you have not received your download link, you may want to log into your account area and review your order history and order status. Be sure to double check the spelling of your e-mail address, we do find typos to be a common issue and you should correct this right away to expedite link delivery. You can change/correct your e-mail address from your account area..

Payments

If you will be using PayPal, be sure that you click the PayPal button as your payment option direct from our web page order page to expedite the process, this will redirect you to the PayPal secured web site to finalize your order. PayPal orders are processed right away and you should receive the download URL immediately after your purchase. MedicalPracticeForms.com is a verified member since June 28, 2001.

2Checkout orders may take 1-2 hours for order processing due to the fraud review done on all orders. 2Checkout now allows you to pay using your PayPal account direct from their web site, please note that in doing so you are using a 3rd party processor to pay with your PayPal account and will also delay your order due to 2Checkout's fraud review. Server delays
If you receive your download link and get a "missing file" error when you attempt to download your file, please try the link again in a few minutes, this could be due to server load times (the server has to move the file from the storage area to the download area and may take a few minutes to transfer depending on server load time).
